WHAT CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING

Spike

You know pet owners that don't clean up after their pets usually get their shoes chewed up. I'm just sayin' - thanks PooDunit.

Alice

It's just a shame that there is so much pet waste lying around. I don't feel safe letting my little pups go outside. Thank goodness for PooDunit - they rock!

Wilson

There's nothing worse than going back to dig up a bone only to find where you buried it is covered in pet waste. Thanks PooDunit for all you do.

Goliath

What a great idea PooDunit is! As a small business owner I can appreciate a great idea when I see it. Keep up the good work!

What We Do

WHY IT MAKES LIFE EASIER

STEP 1:

Discreet video cameras are

placed in the high-traffic

dog waste areas in your

community.

STEP 2:

The footage of pet waste

offenders is uploaded to a

secure video server.

STEP 3:

An email with a direct link & password to each video is sent to you. Videos can only be viewed by entering a password.

HOA MEETINGS:

Gone are the days of pet offenders coming

to the meeting refusing to pay fines or    take responsibility for their actions. The VIDEO

does not lie. Imagine sending an email to the

pet waste offender with a link to their video

and a password. The fine gets paid and the irresponsible behavior is

stopped.

A CLEAN COMMUNITY IS A HAPPY

COMMUNITY:

Besides the obvious advantage of less dog

waste equals less disease. A cleaner

community decreases the amount of calls Managers receive complaining about their

"lazy neighbor" or "why aren't you doing something about this problem?"

DO WE HAVE TO POST SIGNS?

No, it is not needed but it is highly

recommended. Posting signs helps in two ways. First,

it grants fair

notice to

residents

that the

HOA is

taking the

issue of pet

waste and

security seriously.  Second, it allows no room for excuses when fines are given out for irresponsible pet owner behavior.

                  STATE LAWS:

                     Laws in each

                     state vary in

                    regards to video

                  recording in public

               places. Currently in the

state of Colorado it is legal to record

video only in public areas in your

community. A residents right to privacy

ends when they leave their front door. Video may be used in public areas such as parking lots, courtyards, etc. as needed to help with  pet waste offenders as well as monitor any potential criminal behavior.

IS IT LEGAL?
